Information you give us
- When you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you include, such as your name, your vehicle, the address for your appointment, and any photos you send.
- Vehicle information. Along with your contact details and service address, we may collect and keep your vehicle’s year, make and model, its Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), its license plate number, any fleet or unit number for company vehicles, and its condition and service history. We use this to book and identify your vehicle, do the work, keep customer records and document completed work.
- When you book online or request a quote, you do it through Urable, our booking and scheduling system. Urable collects details such as your name, phone number, email, vehicle, service address and payment information, and shares your booking details with us so we can do the work. Urable handles that information under its own Privacy Policy.
- Payments made through Urable are processed by Urable and its payment partners.
Vehicle photos and video
We may take photos or videos of vehicles before, during and after appointments to:
- document the vehicle’s condition, including any damage that was there before the service;
- compare results before and after, and check the quality of our work;
- handle service concerns, damage claims and insurance matters;
- show our work in our marketing, including this website, our Google Business Profile, social media and advertising.
By booking or authorizing a service, you acknowledge these photo practices, which are also described in our Terms & Conditions. You can opt out of promotional use of your vehicle’s photos or videos by telling us, and we will honor your request. We may still keep photos and videos for documentation and other legitimate business purposes.

- You can opt out of automated texts by replying STOP where supported, or by contacting us. You can stop emails by following the opt-out instructions in the message or by contacting us. Message and data rates may apply.
- Urable keeps a record of communication preferences, consent and opt-outs.
- We do not share your mobile number, text message opt-in or consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in and consent information is shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages, such as Urable.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only:

- with CARFAX, when we report a completed detailing or maintenance service for the vehicle’s CARFAX service history. This may include the vehicle’s VIN, year, make and model, the service date, the type of service, and other vehicle and service information reasonably needed for the report. Once reported, it may become part of the vehicle’s CARFAX history and be seen by future owners or others who get a CARFAX report. CARFAX handles this information under its own privacy practices;
- when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public;
- if our business is ever sold or transferred, as part of that transfer.

Your information requests
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing or calling us. How long we keep information
We keep customer communications, invoices, appointment details, photos, vehicle information and other records for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, such as serving you, handling questions, disputes and insurance claims, and meeting our business, tax and legal obligations. We don’t necessarily keep them forever. Website analytics data is kept according to the settings of the tools described above.
Security
We use reasonable security measures to protect your information, including access controls, account security, and the security features of our website, booking and payment providers, such as Urable and Google. Within our business, customer information is available to the owner of Driven Aesthetics and to authorized workers or service providers when reasonably needed to perform services, manage appointments, run the business or provide technical support, and each person’s access is limited to what their role needs.
