These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of drivenaestheticsne.com and to services booked with Driven Aesthetics (“we,” “us”), a mobile auto detailing business serving Omaha and the surrounding metro. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Booking
- You can book or request a quote online through Urable, our booking system, or by calling or texting us. Urable’s Terms of Service also apply to your use of its booking system.
- Please give accurate information when you book, including your vehicle, its condition and the service address.
- The person booking must own the vehicle or have the owner’s permission to book the service.
Pricing and payment
- Prices on this website are starting prices. Your final price depends on your vehicle’s size and condition, the services and add-ons you choose, and any additional labor needed.
- Vehicles with conditions beyond normal everyday use, such as excessive soilage, extensive pet hair, or significant buildup from prolonged neglect, may need substantially more time and labor. If an adjustment is necessary, we will go over the scope and price with you, and it must be approved before the work begins.
- We won’t add charges or change the scope of work without discussing it with you and getting your approval first.
- Payment is typically due once your detail is complete, so you can see the results before you pay.
- We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash, Venmo and Zelle.
- Prices and services on this website can change. The price that applies to your appointment is the one confirmed with you for that appointment.
Cancellations, rescheduling and deposits
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Emergencies happen, and we understand. We just ask that you let us know as soon as you can.
- Most routine detailing services don’t require a deposit.
- A deposit may be required for larger services, such as paint correction and ceramic coating appointments that reserve most or all of a working day. If one is needed, we will tell you the amount and the refund terms before your appointment is confirmed.
- If you missed a previous appointment without contacting us, we may ask for a deposit for future appointments. That deposit is refundable if you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- If the vehicle isn’t available or we can’t get access to it, we may need to cancel or reschedule the appointment.
- We may also need to reschedule because of weather, equipment problems or other unexpected circumstances. We’ll let you know as soon as possible, and a reschedule on our end, including for weather, doesn’t count as a cancellation by you.
Your appointment
- We’re a fully mobile service with our own onboard water and power, so you normally don’t need to provide either. Occasionally, for example if equipment malfunctions or our onboard water runs low, we may ask to use an outdoor water tap or electrical outlet. We’ll let you know beforehand whenever possible. If utilities aren’t available and we can’t reasonably finish with our own equipment, we’ll work out another arrangement with you or reschedule.
- You don’t need to be present during the appointment. Please make sure the vehicle and keys are available when we need them, even if you won’t be there, and we will confirm payment arrangements with you beforehand.
- Please provide a safe, legal and suitable place for us to work.
- Please remove personal belongings, valuables and children’s car seats before your appointment. We don’t remove or reinstall car seats, and areas blocked by belongings or other items may not be fully cleaned.
- You authorize us to reasonably move or reposition your vehicle when needed to perform the agreed service.
Weather
Hot or cold weather usually isn’t a problem and is accounted for when scheduling mobile service. Rain and below freezing temperatures are handled case by case. If weather prevents the service from being completed properly, we will contact you to reschedule.
Vehicle condition and preexisting damage
- Please tell us before service begins about any significant preexisting damage, loose or fragile parts, previous repairs, modifications or sensitive materials.
- We may take photos before, during and after the service to document your vehicle’s condition, although we can’t always inspect every part of the vehicle before we start.
- We’re not responsible for damage or wear that existed before the service or that wasn’t caused by our work. This doesn’t limit our responsibility for damage our work actually causes.
- If damage is reported, it will be evaluated based on the available evidence and circumstances. The lack of a photo from before the service does not, on its own, show that the damage happened during the detail.
Unsafe conditions and our right to decline service
- Please tell us about any hazardous or unusual conditions as early as possible, ideally before you book.
- We don’t perform mold remediation.
- Bodily fluids, chemical spills, heavy contamination and other potentially hazardous conditions are evaluated case by case. They may need extra cleaning, extra labor or a change to the service, which we’ll discuss with you for approval first.
- We may decline, postpone or stop work when conditions are unsafe or outside the scope of normal detailing.
Results and service limitations
- Detailing can dramatically improve your vehicle’s appearance, but it cannot reverse permanent wear, damage, deep scratches, faded materials or other defects. We will always aim for the best realistic result based on your vehicle’s condition and let you know when something has limitations.
- Some stains, odors, embedded pet hair, scratches and other defects may be permanent or need additional services, and we can’t always guarantee complete removal.
- We perform only the services in the package you booked and any add-ons you approve.
- Arrival and finish times are estimates and may change because of vehicle condition, weather, traffic or other unexpected circumstances.
- Paint correction and ceramic coatings need shade or covered working conditions.
- Photos on this website show past work. Results depend on each vehicle’s condition.
Final walkthrough and service concerns
- Whenever possible, we like to do a final walkthrough with you to review the results and take care of any concerns right away.
- If something was missed or not done to your satisfaction, please contact us within 48 hours when reasonably possible, with a description and photos if you have them.
- Please give us a reasonable chance to inspect and correct any legitimate issue with the agreed service. If a correction can resolve the concern, preferring a refund instead doesn’t automatically entitle you to one. Refunds and other remedies are evaluated based on the circumstances and applicable law.
Vehicle damage claims
- If you believe damage happened during the service, please let us know as soon as reasonably possible.
- Please give us a reasonable chance to inspect and document the damage before any non-emergency repairs are made. Repairs done without telling us first, or without a reasonable chance to inspect, may limit our ability to verify what happened and won’t automatically be accepted for reimbursement.
- Claims are evaluated using the available photos, the vehicle’s condition, what was disclosed before the service and other relevant information, and may be referred to our business insurance provider.
- Nothing in these terms is meant to avoid responsibility for damage we are legally responsible for.
Vehicle photos and video
- We may take photos or videos of vehicles before, during and after appointments to document their condition, for quality control, and to show our completed work.
- Vehicle photos and videos may be used on our website, Google Business Profile, social media and other marketing unless you ask us not to. You can opt out of promotional use at any time by letting us know.
- We aim not to share identifiable customer information publicly without permission.
Maintenance program
- Discounted maintenance services are meant to keep a vehicle looking its best after a qualifying initial detail, not to repeatedly restore it to its original condition.
- Maintenance pricing assumes the vehicle has been reasonably maintained between appointments and only needs routine upkeep. If a vehicle comes back with excessive soilage, significant neglect, embedded pet hair, heavy contamination or other conditions beyond normal maintenance, the discounted price won’t apply to that appointment. We’ll explain the condition, the recommended work and the price before we start.
- Eligibility for maintenance pricing is based on the vehicle’s condition and the program’s requirements, not on enrollment alone.
CARFAX service history
- We may report completed detailing and maintenance services to CARFAX for the vehicle’s service history. Reported information may include the vehicle’s VIN, year, make, model, service date and the type of service performed.
- By booking or authorizing service, you acknowledge that eligible completed services may be reported to CARFAX and become part of the vehicle’s service history. Once reported, the information may appear in CARFAX vehicle history reports, including reports obtained by future owners or prospective buyers.
- CARFAX controls its own records and reporting systems. We can’t guarantee when a reported service will appear, or whether CARFAX will accept, display, change or remove a particular entry.
- Please contact us with any questions, or if you think a service we reported is inaccurate.
